Prosecution to call sergeant who had charges against him dropped

A U.S. Army sergeant will testify against a fellow patrol member accused in the killing of four Iraqi prisoners who were bound, blindfolded, shot in the head and dumped in a Baghdad canal, a military judge ruled Tuesday.

The Mexico City government is urging people to converge on the huge Zocalo city center and simultaneously kiss on Valentine's Day. City Tourism Secretary Alejandro Rojas says the goal is to break the world record for the most people kissing at one time.

Suspected U.S. missile strike kills 10 in Pakistan
